If you cannot physically make the appointment, don't worry, secure messaging and face-to-face video sessions are available. Just download the Thera-Link app and register. Epiphany Family Services also keeps electronic records which allows online payments, electronic treatment plans, contact notes, diagnostic assessments, progress notes, etc that are available upon request if providing a copy will not cause harm to the client.
